Q. How do I clean the Reusable Lunch Order Bags?

A. Both the Lunch Wallet & All Rounders should be cleaned after each use as you would your lunch box as it holds food. Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth internally and externally after each use. For heavier soiling, handwash in warm soapy water and hang out to dry immediately.


Q. What material are the Lunch Wallets & All Rounders made from?

A. The Lunch Wallets are made from Non Woven Poly Propylene. This is the same material that green shopping bags are made from.

A. The Insulated All Rounder is also made from Non Woven Poly Propylene with a PEVA lining.


Q. Can I put the Reusable Lunch Order Bags in a pie warmer?

A. We do not recommend putting the Lunch Wallet or the Insulated All Rounder into the oven or pie warmer as the bag may melt.


Q. Can we return the stock if we change our mind?

A. Due to our flexible ordering options (eg. no minimum order quantity, outright ordering or fundraising), we have kept the need for schools to return any stock to nil. The only time we would be able to consider accepting a return is if the order had only just been received and was returned to us within seven (7) days of the original delivery, unopened and unused. All costs incurred due to the return would be at the expense of the client. If you feel the need to return your order please contact us first to receive authorisation.


Q. What happens if I receive a faulty item?

A. If you receive a faulty item you will need to send us your purchase invoice, photos and a description of the fault. Please note:  Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, this decision lies with the manufacturer as to if its a fault or wear and tear.

Please note: If you purchased your item through your school or another supplier you will need to return that item to them and they will contact us.  We will then determine whether it is a manufacture fault or wear and tear.


Q. Can I use more than 1 discounts/promotions in the same order?

A. No, offers and promotions can not be used in conjunction. Example, you have a promotion code to receive a discount but have also ordered 100 of the same product. You are not able to use the discount code and also receive the bulk bonus. The only offer that is applicable to all orders is free postage for 50 or more items in one order.


Q. How long after placing my order is payment required?

A. Payment is required as soon as possible after your order is placed as your order WILL NOT be dispatched until payment is received.


Q. How big are the Reusable Lunch Order Bags?

A. Size of Lunch Wallet is approximately: 23cm (H) x 18cm (W) x  10cm (D). Pocket sizes and colours may vary.

A. The All Rounder is approximately: 23cm (height) x 19cm (width) x 11cm (depth). Pocket sizes and colours may vary.


 Postage Charges & Delivery TImes

Q. How much is postage for school & businesses orders?

A. For orders of less than 50, a postage charge $19.95 per order will apply (Australia Wide). A. For orders between  50 and 499 items, postage is free Australia wide. For orders of 500 or more please contact us for pricing.


Q. How much is postage if I place an Individual Order?

A. Standard postage is $4.95 (Australia Wide)


Q. How long before I receive my order?

A. Generally once your order has been placed and payment received, we try to dispatch all orders within the 7 business days from payment received, however at times this is not possible for bulk orders. In some cases there will be some delay and we do advise allowing 20 business days for dispatch although this is rarely the case. You will be advised if there is a delay in dispatching your order. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. 


Q. What if I provide an incorrect postal details?

While all care is taken when sending orders, Stickybeaks can not be held responsible for parcels that go missing if the postal details we were given was incorrect or if Australia Post do not leave the order where it was requested to be left.


Q. Do you ship outside Australia?

A. Please email us if you live outside Australia.  We will post to some countries but postage will be charged accordingly and quoted at the time of an order being placed.


Q. How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

A. We will send you an email confirmation the same day your order is dispatched.
